INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks
1) The Local Government of Llorente, through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian (FY 2026) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government of Llorente now invites bids for meals and snacks with a total of 2000 pax with description stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on the actual date of meeting/conference/activity to be provided by the end-user. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
