INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks
1) The Local Government of Llorente, through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian (FY 2026) intends to apply the sum of Three hundred fifty one thousand three hundred sixty pesos (Php 351, 360.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government of Llorente now invites bids for Meals and Snacks with a total of 1, 424 pax with various description stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Delivery of the Goods is required by per activity schedule. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
