1)The Provincial Government of Siquijor, through the funds intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php 696, 280.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
