1. The City Government of Marawi, intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Eight Hundred Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos. (Php 15, 811, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Road Asphalt Overlay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Marawi, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Road Asphalt Overlay. Delivery shall be completed within Fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders must have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
