1. The City Government of Marawi, intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos. (Php 21, 989, 240.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Installation of a Traffic Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Marawi, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Installation of a Traffic Lights. Delivery shall be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
