Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT TWO FAILED BIDDINGS
(Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A 9184 - Negotiated Procurement Two Failed Competitive Biddings)
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Materials for the Improvement/Embankment of Siay Ground within the Vicinity of Integrated Bus Terminal (IBT) 20% EDF 2025.
2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen Pesos Only (P 341, 918.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
