2) The Barangay Government of TIGWI, through the 20% CDF intends to apply the sum
of One Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos Only
(Php. 167, 725.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Improvement of Waterworks,
ITB No. 2026-08-003 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.

3) The Barangay Government of TIGWI now invites bids for Improvement of
Waterworks using the Competitive Bidding Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days
from the date of submission of Bid . Bidders should have completed, at least 30 days
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The
