1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Villa Gracia, Maddela, Quirino, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund (Current Year and CRO), intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos (P 395, 435.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement of Multipurpose Building (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
