INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building
1. The Barangay Poblacion C Rosario Batangas, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Sixty-One Pesos (₱275, 061.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Identification Number 2026-BRGY-GOODS-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Poblacion C Rosario Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Seven (7) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
