1. The City Government of Marawi, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos. (Php 3, 470, 650.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of a Storage Room and Cold Chain Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Marawi, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of a Storage Room and Cold Chain Facility. Delivery shall be completed within Fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
