The Barangay Pitu of LGU Malalag, through its 20% Dev-t fund - BNTA 2025 and 20% Dev-t fund - BNTA 2026 (Continuing) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos (Php 304, 648.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Multipurpose Building - BDRRM Office at Purok 2, Brgy. Pitu, Malalag, Davao del Sur.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
