1. The Municipality of Tupi through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 162, 420.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Flood Control, River Bank Protection at Cr. Rubber, Tupi, South Cotabato/ITB 045-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
