1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BUENAVISTA, MARINDUQUE, through the Supplemental AIP No. 1 CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR CONDUCT OF LOCAL ONE-TIME BIG-TIME VACCINATION AND SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM FOR CATS AND DOGS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
