1) The Local Government Unit of Poblacion, Torrijos, Marinduque, through the 20% Community Development Fund Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos (P325, 720.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Concreting of Access Road in Purok 7. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
