1) The Local Government Unit of Poblacion, Torrijos, Marinduque, through the 20% Community Development Fund Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos (P134, 160.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Concreting of Access Road in Purok 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
