1) The Local Government Unit of Padre Burgos, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (P 6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials and Labor for the Construction Of Multipurpose Building At Brgy. Basiao. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Padre Burgos now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Materials and Labor for the Construction Of Multipurpose Building At Brgy. Basiao. Completion of the Works is required 120 days after receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
