Invitation to Bid
The Municipal Government of Liliw, Laguna, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project: Supply and delivery of materials and equipment for Eco Bag/Re-usable Bag Making
Location: Liliw, Laguna
Approved Budget for the Contract: Php 497, 000.00
Period of delivery: Fifteen (15) c.d.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184. Interested bidders should have completed similar project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC and meet the other minimum eligibility requirements stated in the Instruction to Bidders (ITB). Bidding is restricted to sole proprietorship, partnership[, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) outstanding capital stock beolong to citizens of the Philippines.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by prospective bidders up to November 3, 2017 at 8:00 A.M., in the Municipal Government of Liiw, Laguna upon payment of Five Hundred Pesos (Pho 500, 00) All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security or any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids received that exceed ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Liliw, Laguna assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
