1. The Municipal Government of Uyugan, through the Trust Fund - 5% LDRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials & Equipment with Purchase Number 2024-03-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
