Description : Onsite Delivery of the following:
1. Mangrove Crab Crablets (minimum of 5 cm CW)
2. Mangrove Crabs Juveniles (100g ABW)
Species: Scylla serrata or S. olivacea
Terms of Reference:
Source: Must be sourced from the nearest available hatcheries/source
Condition: Mangrove crabs must be healthy and in good condition.
Packaging Requirements:
- Crablets: 50-100 pieces per box.
- Juveniles: 10-20 pieces per box.
Conditioning: Crablets must be conditioned at the source for 1-2 days prior to transport.
Transport Requirements:
- Transported in boxes covered with wet cloth on top and lined with wet cloth or sand at the bottom to maintain moisture during travel.
- Box Size: 45 cm x 35 cm × 10 cm.
- Must be handled with care during packing, loading, and unloading by the dealer.
Delivery Schedule: Crablets must be transported to the site early in the morning (5:00-6:00 AM), late afternoon, or during cool weather.
Replacement Policy: If mortality occurs within 24 hours upon arrival, the dealer must replace the total number of dead stocks.
