Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:
INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LOWLAND VEGETABLE SEEDS (HYBRID AND OPV) FOR DISTRIBUTION TO GROUPS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLES IN REGION III UNDER THE DA-4K PROGRAM CY 2025
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum; ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (P1, 997, 475.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-03-1339. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by May 2025.
