Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand One Hundred Pesos (P4, 422, 100.00) for being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Supply and Delivery of Liquid Foliar Fertilizer in Support to Corn Program”. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Farm Inputs. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and the required completion is stated in the Section VI. Schedule of Delivery. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
