1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, s. 2025 (Annual Budget 2026) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱2, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIGHTING, DECORATIVE MATERIALS, AND ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PARKS AND PLAZA AT LAAC (POBLACION) UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-0253. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
