Supply and Delivery of Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) Equipment
1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-001 covering 2026 Supplemental Budget No. 1 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Thousand (₱5, 900, 000.00). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) Equipment. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Kalinga now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) Equipment using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required 90 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least one similar completed project within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
