INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Ledwall for the Information Dissemination
1) The Municipal Government of Paoay, through the Capital Outlay 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Pesos (P 1, 699, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of Ledwall for the Information Dissemination. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Paoay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
