The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the LOVE- 2026 CURRENT FUND - MOOE & CO intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Pesos Only (P5, 247, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Layer Chicken (Ready to Lay), Battery Cage with Shed, and Biologics & Agri-Veterinary Supplies”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
