Description : 1. The Local government Unit of Jipapad, Eastern Samar through its General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Pesos only (P1, 355, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops, Desktops and Printers for LGU.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 91840, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
