Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOP AND DESKTOP COMPUTER
1) The UP Open University (UPOU) through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) Revolving Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱1, 345, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laptop and Desktop Computer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The UP Open University now invites bids for the above procurement project. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the same IRR. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery period stated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
