The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-12 (BFAR-12) of the Department of Agriculture, through the General Appropriations Act for 2025 intends to apply the sum indicated in the table below, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Five Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred (Php1, 598, 600.00) Pesos to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No.: 2025-038 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY KIT”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
