INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for use of Various Hospitals
1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (General Fund) and Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and 43/100 (Php1, 669, 666.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for use of Various Hospitals (Ref. No. 206-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of laboratory supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
