Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE “Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for Nycocard Reader II Machine to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital”.
1. The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred One Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and 40/100 Only (PhP 2, 901, 646.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for Nycocard Reader II Machine to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is in accordance with the Delivery Schedule after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
