3. The end user reserves the right to reject items that are defective, damaged, expired, near expiration, or otherwise not in conformity with the approved specifications and requirement.
4. Rejected/not accepted items must be replaced not later than 30 days from notice or non-acceptance at no cost to the procuring entity or hospital/end user.
