Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF JOGGING PANTS TO BE USED AS PE UNIFORMS OF PUBLIC ELEMENTARY PUPILS

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos( Php 7, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF JOGGING PANTS TO BE USED AS PE UNIFORMS OF PUBLIC ELEMENTARY PUPILS with ITB NO. 05-24-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bidders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF JOGGING PANTS TO BE USED AS PE UNIFORMS OF PUBLIC ELEMENTARY PUPILS. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
