1 The Municipal Government Unit of San Policarpo, Eastern Samar, through LCPC FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Only (Php700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ITEMS FOR FEEDING PROGRAM TO CHILDREN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
