The Municipal Government of Ambaguio, through the Budget for Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE PESOS ONLY (448, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
