Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P7, 700, 000.00) for being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the project “Supply and Delivery of Inorganic Fertilizer in Support to QRF of Rice Program” Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Inorganic Fertilizer. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and the required completion is stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirement. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
