INVITATION TO BID FOR: Supply and Delivery of Inorganic Fertilizer
1. The City Government of Toledo under the Purchase of Farm Inputs * Agri-Marine Supplies Expenses - Organic/Inorganic Fertilizer - has appropriated the sum of FOUR MILLION SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php4, 067, 650.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and Delivery of Inorganic Fertilizer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
