SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INFANT WEIGHING SCALE, DIGITAL WITH TROLLEY

ITB No. 2024-87





1. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱3, 000, 000.00) being the Total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Infant Weighing Scale, Digital with Trolley, 15 units.



Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 to 90 calendar days upon receipt of Approved Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
