Supply and delivery of industrial and domestic cables
As part of the maintenance and extension projects of the RATP heritage infrastructure, the purpose of this contract is the supply and delivery of domestic and industrial cables as detailed in the delivery schedule. price, manufacturing time (Appendix 1).
This consultation will result in the award of a framework agreement for single-award orders, with a maximum amount.
The services and supplies included in the maximum amount are as follows:
-Supply and delivery as detailed in the price list
-Manufacturing controls and tests with production of control and conformity documents
-Temporary storage by the Holder of supplies before delivery to site
-Conditioning and packing
-Loading with identification of lifting points and transport
-Delivery, in a minimum number of items, to RATP sites
-The provision of the documentation necessary for their final receipt on the RATP site
-The guarantee of supplies
-Additional services (on quote)
RATP reserves the right to carry out similar services by the Contract Holder under the conditions set out in article R2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code.
It should be noted that the required turnover must represent one and a half times the maximum annual amount allocated.
