IB NO. 2026-07-01 (33)
1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Funds intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 5, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Immunofluorescence Microscope and Hybridizer under IB No2026-07-01 (33). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Single Calculated Responsive Bidder (SCRB) and/or Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Bidders should have completed, within the period of ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
