1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Pesos (Php 34, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for the PGIN Command Center to Enhance Coordination and Emergency Response Operation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PGIN now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for the PGIN Command Center to Enhance Coordination and Emergency Response Operation. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
