IB-2024-017-GOODS-OAGMP/WB

1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the RA 11936 GAA 2023 Regular 2023 Continuing and intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Fourteen Million Five Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred-Seven and 50/100 Only (PhP14, 527, 407.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment and Software Year 4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid Opening.

2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 180 Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
