LGU-DOLORES, QUEZON
INVITATION TO BID FOR the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment GEN/TRUST--05-014-2026
1) The LGU-Dolores, Quezon through the General Fund (P217, 976.00) and Trust Fund (P475, 000.00-DepDev) and OTOP (P50, 000.00) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Six Pesos (P742, 976.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU. Dolores. Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders must have completed, within a period of ten (10) years from the submission of the bid, an SLCC that is similar to the procurement Project to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
