Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
“ICT EQUIPMENT”
1) The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 6, 340, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “ICT Equipment” with the Purchase Request Number 120250906139-0-3. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 12009.
