LGU-DOLORES, QUEZON
INVITATION TO BID FOR the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment GEN/TRUST--03-007-2026
1) The LGU-Dolores, Quezon through the General Fund (P211, 970.00) and Trust Fund (P475, 000.00-DepDev) and OTOP (P50, 000.00) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (P736, 970.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU. Dolores. Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
