The Municipal Government of Taytay, Rizal, through the 5% Disaster Fund intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION PESOS (PHP 11, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Hydraulic-Excavator Crawler Type to be used by the Engineering Office-Flood Control Unit. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipal Government of Taytay, Rizal now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Hydraulic-Excavator Crawler Type to be used by the Engineering Office-Flood Control Unit using the LCRB. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
