1. The Local Government of San Francisco, Camaligan, Camarines Sur, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱370, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for GOOD-SNFR01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
