1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN, CAMARINES SUR, through
the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of PHP 520, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A HYBRID SOLAR POWER SYSTEM WITH COMPLETE INSTALLATION ACCESSORIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU CAMALIGAN now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A HYBRID SOLAR POWER SYSTEM WITH COMPLETE INSTALLATION ACCESSORIES Delivery of the Goods is required 30 DAYS AFTER THE NOTICE TO PROCEED IS RECEIVED BY THE SUPPLIER.
