INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HYBRID CORN SEEDS, HYBRID VEGETABLE SEEDS, INORGANIC FERTILIZER & ORGANIC FERTILIZER (OMAG)



1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIx THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIxTY PESOS AND SIxTY-FOUR CENTAVOS (P 2, 876, 160.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HYBRID CORN SEEDS, HYBRID VEGETABLE SEEDS, INORGANIC FERTILIZER & ORGANIC FERTILIZER (OMAG), 2025-081-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
