Description : 1. The LGU Dolores, through the RA 7171 Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-06GS-011 Supply and Delivery of Hybrid Corn Seeds. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Dolores, now invited bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required in Seven(7) calendar days. Bidders should've completed a contract similar to the Project. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bid Documents, particularly in section II.
3. Bidding will be conducted though the open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in RA 9184.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU Dolores and inspect the Bidding Documents as the address given below during weekdays from 8:00am-5:00pm.
