1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Three Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Three Pesos and Forty-Five Cents (PhP23, 934, 543.45) from FY2026 GAA as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of Housekeeping Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Housekeeping Supplies using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is specified in the Section VI- Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
